This site belongs to Valid Home Buyers, a Houston-area real estate investment business. These terms explain what using the site and requesting an offer mean.

General information

The site gives general information about selling a house. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, or real estate representation advice. Talk to a Texas attorney, tax professional, county office, or other qualified adviser about your circumstances.

Asking for an offer

Sending the form or discussing a property does not create a purchase agreement or require you to sell. A purchase depends on a separate written agreement. The price, costs, responsibilities, and dates belong in that agreement.

There is no guaranteed offer, sale price, closing time, or way to stop a foreclosure. You choose when to close; the title company confirms the earliest date once the title work is done. Listing takes time and work; ask an agent if you want to compare.

The business and contract assignment

Valid Home Buyers is a real estate investment business, not a licensed real estate broker or agent. I may close on the house myself or assign the purchase contract to another investor I work with, on the same price and terms. I’ll tell you in writing before you sign anything.

Using the site

Give accurate information about yourself and the house. Do not submit someone else’s contact details without permission, send spam, disrupt the site, or use it for unlawful purposes. Keep account details and private legal documents out of the form.

Privacy and contact permission

The Privacy Policy explains what the site collects and how that information is used. The form requires a separate checkbox authorizing calls and texts about selling your property. Consent is not a condition of selling. You can email instead of using the form.

Availability and updates

The site may contain errors or be unavailable. Verify time-sensitive information with the relevant professional or county. Changes to these terms will appear here with a revised date.
