Valid Home Buyers uses the information you share to discuss buying your property and to answer your questions. For privacy questions or a deletion request, email office@validhomebuyers.com.

What the form collects

The form collects your property address, first name, phone number, optional email, optional notes, and consent to contact. The saved record also includes the submission time, exact consent text, page you submitted from, IP address, and browser user-agent information.

Only include information needed to discuss the house. Leave out Social Security numbers, bank details, loan account numbers, and private legal documents.

How the information is used

I use your details to review the property and contact you about a possible sale. The record also documents your request and consent and helps prevent spam or misuse. Sending the form does not commit you to selling.

Who can see it

I use your form details to contact you about your house. I don’t sell your information or pass your inquiry to other buyers or marketing lists.

Cloudflare hosts the site and lead database. Notifications go to the business owner’s Gmail inbox. These providers process the information to deliver and protect those services.

If you decide to pursue a sale, I’ll discuss what transaction information the title company, your advisers, or an investor buyer needs and get your permission before sharing it. Information may also need to be disclosed if required by law.

Calls and text messages

The form asks you to check this consent statement:

This permission covers calls and texts about selling your house, including automatic texts such as a confirmation or a reminder. My first call back may come from an automated assistant. You can ask to speak with me at any time. Checking the box is needed to send the form. If you’d rather not, email office@validhomebuyers.com instead.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to opt out, or email office@validhomebuyers.com to withdraw permission for calls or texts.

Spam checks and technical information

When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam and may process browser, device, and network information. This site has no advertising trackers. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits; it sets no cookies and does not follow you to other sites. Cloudflare may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site.

Keeping and deleting records

Information is kept as needed to answer your inquiry, handle a possible transaction, document consent, and meet applicable recordkeeping needs. Copies can exist in the lead database and notification email. I delete form records two years after you send them, unless a sale or a legal reason needs them longer.

To ask for access, correction, or deletion, email office@validhomebuyers.com. Include your name and property address so I can identify the submission. I may need to verify the request. Some records may need to be kept for legal or transaction obligations; I’ll explain if that affects your request.
